Pre and Post Training Camp Number

2.18 - SS Sam Shade - 22/43 +4/+1 to 27/44
We wanted depth at safety here. McMillan is getting up there in years, and Shade should be a capable replacement in 2-3 years.

3.10 - FS Orlando Thomas - 27/37 +5/+1 to 32/38
This was not who we wanted in the 3rd round. Our queue was set with 2 LBs, Stephen Boyd and Ted Johnson, but inactive player Thomas was taken. If Thomas becomes an eventual starter, but surely pissed, since Boyd is sitting at future 50 right now.

4.20 - ILB Kirk O'Connell - 21/30 +3/+1 to 24/31
This is who was left after we missed out on our 2 LBs. At this rate, O'Connell is only gonna be a backup.

5.19 - WR Edgar Pierce - 11/34 +2/-1 to 13/33
Risk pick here, hoping he may be turn into something special. Doesn't look like it so far.

6.18 - ILB Blaine Blaine - 14/55 +2/-10 to 16/45
Another depth pick at LB. He'll make the squad this season, but I wouldn't expect to see him stick onthe roster too long.

7.17 - T Junior Delgado - 9/20 +1/+1 to 10/21
Another depth pick here. We seriously need to upgrade our offensive line.

Free Agents
QB Tommy Cooley - 7/28 +3/+1 to 10/29
FB Kim Gregoire - 19/44 +5/-5 to 20/39
C Ian Habib - 16/38 +2/-5 to 18/33

Overall, I'm indifferent about this draft, since Boyd is not in a Buffalo uniform. We'll see how my top 2 picks turn out. Not really expecting much from anyone else in this draft.

End of Season/FA2

2.18 - SS Sam Shade - 22/43 +8/+2 to 30/45
Saw limited action as a rookie. Will play more in his sophomore year.

3.10 - FS Orlando Thomas - 27/37 +12/+2 to 39/39
Backup weakside safety who played decent. Will have to step his game up more in order to get more playing time in year 2, though.

4.20 - Kirk O'Connell - 21/30 +7/+2 to 28/32
Decent backup who contributed some.

Everyone else will be released, so no use in listing them.
