Reporter: You must be very pleased with two wins in the last two games. Especially the blow out versus the Raiders. Do you finally feel the team is moving in the right direction?
DH: It's always nice to win games. Especially within the division and I'm sure Chargers fans everywhere will have enjoyed the game against the Raiders. We're pleased with how things are going right now but we're taking each game as it comes. We're not looking any further forward than that right now. It's great to be on a little roll with a two game win streak and we're happy that we feel like we're doing a lot of things that we've been trying to do all year. But no-one's getting carried away, we all know there's a lot of hard work to be put in and a lot of hard games coming up, starting with the Broncos after bye week.
Reporter: It seemed like the Offense and Defense both clicked against the Raiders. You must be happy with that?
DH: Of course you're happy, every time you win you're happy. We installed a new defense against the Raiders and on the whole we're happy how it worked out. We gave up another big play for their score but apart from that we feel that we achieved what we set out to do in shutting down some of the weapons on their offense.
Offensively for us it's important to get Jamal into the game early and we were able to do that. He had a second straight 100yd game and it was good to get him the number of touches that we would like. We also made improvements on special teams so we're happy with how all three phases played in the last game but the challenge is to carry that over into the next game and keep improving.
Reporter: The team is on a bit of a roll now and it could easily be on a 3 game winning streak but for the Jet's last second field goal. Has the bye week come at a bad time for you?
DH: Time will tell. It's true that everyone can't wait for the next game when you're winning and have some momentum but we're up against the world champs when we resume so an extra week's preparation is probably a good thing. In fact, they're such a good team we could probably use a couple of bye weeks to prepare.
