Reporter: You go into a tough game against the Ravens hoping to snap a two game losing streak. Do you feel the team has what it takes to get a win against Baltimore after the same miscues that have haunted it all season cost valuable points in the narrow defeats against Denver and Memphis.
DH: We always believe we can win. As the saying goes, on any given Sunday we can beat any given team. We just haven't shown the consistency to do that on a regular basis. We're 3-5 for a reason. The standings don't lie. Sure we've been close in games and lapses on our part giving up turnovers and big plays have cost us as many as three or four wins. But that's football. We don't think we're better than we are. We're a 3-5 football team but we hope to be a 4-5 team after the game against the Ravens.
It's going to be a tough game against a very good opponent but we're at home and we're confident. We have to be an hopefully we can give our fans something to cheer after their disappointment these last two weeks.
Reporter: With your starting quarterback's performances in the defeats against Denver and Memphis is there a chance he'll be benched if he fails to perform again against the Ravens?
DH: All our starters need to perform better. That's the bottom line. We're confident in our quarterback but if he can't get it done we're also confident in the guys behind him on the depth chart if we need to change things.
