What’s more annoying is the manner of the two defeats as the Vikings have turned the ball over nine times in two games costing them countless points. In fact General Manager Kailan said some of the play has been embarrassing and he expects improvements fast if some big name players are to keep there starting roles.

Luckily for the Vikings a playoff spot seems a certainty as the NFC has just six teams with winning records as the GEFL moves into Week 15. In fact the Vikings could lose all three of its remaining games and still make the playoffs, one win will confirm a playoff spot and hopefully that will come next week against Divisional rivals the Bears. The Bears have been awesome this year and have won nine of there last ten games, the only defeat in that time coming at the hands of the Vikings at Soldier Field by 36 points to 22. There are rumours though with a playoff spot as good as in the bag the Vikings may put away some of there star players ready for the playoffs especially as there next two games are at home on the lethal Metrodome turf. Terry Glenn and Antonio Freeman could possible be the players in question. Mean while back up Quarterback Mark Vlasic may get a start in Week 15 after apparently getting a lot more time in practise with the starters.

On asking the Vikings Front Office for clarity on the subject of starters for the next few weeks the only comment we could get from them was “no comment”.
