Post season help for a noob?

So, I'm heading into the postseason for the first time, and I see renegotiations happening, and I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be doing now ????

Can anyone give me a quick lesson on these next stages or direct me to a link?
(I'm obviously too lazy to spend too much time looking on my own!)

Don't want to get left behind, you know !

Right now esssentially is the staff hiring stage. The blue buttons available on the top of FOF should show Continue staff hiring. The first one is scout and you may have one. I just select list scouts look at my team and see if i have a scout and if i like him. THen switch over to coaches. You need three Head coach ,d coordinator ,and o coordinator. Same thing here list them see who you have signed and see if you want to keep them or make another offer to anthoer coach.
