For next season, which would you like to see?
By NFL Style, I am meaning Round 1 on day one, then stop. Rounds 2 and 3 on day two, then stop. ect

Unless we are all in the same room, idea 2 is really bad, imo.
Yes, it would be fun to be together and draft, for sure.

I like the round in 1 day thing more i think.
I love the draft but 2 and 3 thrown together is ok with me but almost no way we could get through it in a day the way some of our owners take and use their times up.

Quote:
1. Keep the hour window and same operating hours. Just once/if we reach the end of the round(s) for that day, stop. If we reach the shutdown time first, we stop then too. 2. Divide up the hours on the clock and give specific time slots. Example: Clock starts at 6am EST. 1.1 6am-7am 1.2 7am-8am 1.3 9pm-10am Personally, I am ok with the draft the way it is. But, there have been a number of complaints and wanted to see what the thoughts of the league were.

I did not vote but i bet the first 4 or so picks go quick with the way people have traded up this year too.

If you can buy plane tickets so we can all be in the same room for 2 days, and also if you can convince 32 people's boss and family to be away for 2 says, I'll be all for an NFL like week-end draft.
Right now, status quoi is still the best way to do it. |

Same style as now, just less time per pick.

I've been pretty partial to a time-slotted way of the draft. I'm a college student coming up on finals for the semester and so having a schedule for when I pick works out best for me. I gaurantee I will miss many of my picks if it stays the way it is.
So I will always vote for a time-slot-style draft |

If you were to ever consider having set times I would prefer that too.

Those 4 hours is a little heavy IMO too

I find the 4 hours delay in round one to work perfectly. Those 4 hours allow us to negotiate for trades. Decrease that clock, and no more trades.
4 hours for round 1 is really fine. |
